1. Lawful business use
Use the service only for stores and content you are authorized to manage, in compliance with applicable law, Shopify's policies, advertising and consumer-protection rules, and relevant industry requirements.
2. Prohibited content and claims
You may not use the service to create, process, or publish content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawfully discriminatory.
- Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Makes unsupported medical, health, safety, environmental, financial, certification, origin, warranty, performance, or compatibility claims.
- Promotes malware, phishing, credential theft, abusive surveillance, exploitation, or evasion of platform safeguards.
- Contains personal, payment, authentication, biometric, health, or other sensitive data that is unnecessary for the requested product workflow.
3. Prohibited technical behavior
- Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or another merchant's account.
- Do not bypass authentication, plan limits, credit accounting, rate limits, approval controls, or other technical restrictions.
- Do not use automated access except through features or interfaces we expressly provide, including approved Shopify Flow actions.
- Do not resell access, share credentials, or represent that Veynavo endorses generated claims or guarantees results.
4. Merchant review obligations
Treat every suggestion as a draft. Before publication, verify product facts, rights, prices, regulated claims, translations, required disclosures, and consistency with the actual product. Do not remove safety information or use generated content to conceal material facts from consumers.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected abuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law or platform requirements. Where appropriate, we will consider context and provide an opportunity to correct the issue. Report suspected abuse to [email protected].
