1. What content generation receives
For a requested generation or translation task, the app sends only the inputs needed for that task. These may include product or collection titles, descriptions, vendor, product type, tags, selected source fields, merchant instructions, output language, protected terms, and selected product image URLs. The processing option may vary by plan and availability.
2. Images and web research
Image analysis is used when selected fields or merchant settings require it. Optional web research is performed only when enabled, supported by the selected generation profile, and allowed by the plan. The service is configured to prefer clearly matching sources and omit uncertain facts, but automated research can still be incomplete or wrong.
3. Processing safeguards
- Store content, images, and web pages are treated as untrusted reference data.
- Generation instructions prohibit unsupported claims, certifications, materials, dimensions, ingredients, warranties, or performance promises.
- Output is validated for expected fields and bounded formats before it is stored as a suggestion.
- Suggestions are reviewable drafts. Publishing requires an authorized merchant action, and current Shopify values are checked again to reduce accidental overwrites.
4. Generated-output limitations
Generated output may contain errors, omissions, awkward translations, unsupported statements, or material similar to other content. Veynavo does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, regulatory compliance, search ranking, conversion, or fitness for a specific product. The merchant remains responsible for review, substantiation, disclosure, and publication decisions.
5. Other service providers
Shopify handles app authentication and subscription billing. Storefront URLs may be processed by a PageSpeed provider when performance tests are requested. Notification email addresses and alert summaries may be sent to an email delivery provider when email alerts are enabled. Hosting, database, network, generation, and security providers process operational data needed to run the service.
6. Merchant controls
Merchants can choose fields, generation profiles, language, image use, web research, templates, automation, and whether to publish each suggestion. Do not place customer personal data, credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal information in prompts or templates. For deletion and privacy rights, see the Privacy policy.
7. Questions
Questions about provider use or a particular generation task may be sent to [email protected]. Include the shop domain and task identifier when available, but do not include secrets.
